Arbiter Terms of Service

  1. Arbiter AI, LLC ("Arbiter") sends text messages to recipients on behalf of health plans, providers, and other organizations. When you opt in through one of these organizations, we will send you messages such as appointment reminders and care-management check-ins. The organization that enrolled you is responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before enrolling you in the program.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP". After you send "STOP" to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, contact Arbiter at support@arbiter.ai.
  4. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
